ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (CBSNewYork) — There’s a change on the road to reopening New Jersey. Phil Murphy has reinstated the smoking ban inside Atlantic City casinos. CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC. Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino will eliminate smoking on its casino floor, officials said yesterday, bringing to six the number of Atlantic City casinos that will ban smoking where patrons gamble.
